Crew Member Fence Installation

Job Title: Fence Installer & Automatic Gate Technician

Eagle Fence was started in 1989 in the Gallatin Valley. We are looking to grow our Belgrade team. We specialize in installing commercial chain link fence and automatic gates as well as repairing them. We custom build our own gates, set up and remove temporary construction fencing. Eagle Fence focuses on being a great place to work and we are a small personalized company and you are not just a number here. Every job is different and that keeps it interesting. If you like being outside, then perfect as the majority of our work is outside. Critical infrastructure is our specialty. Critical infrastructure meaning we install and repair chain link fence and automatic gates where security is much more important, such as airports and utility company facilities. This type of work makes the projects much more interesting and exciting. We are looking for one or two employees that can work with each other.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet a our facility and load up materials and equipment each day
  • Prepare area for the fence, auto gate or temp fence installation
  • Install or repair chain link fence, automatic gate operators
  • Build and install chain link gates
  • Set up or tear down temporary fences
  • Skid Steer operator is a plus if you have it. If not, we will train you to run them
  • Mixing cement using a skid steer or dispensing cement in post holes using skid steer
  • Clean up the job site at the end of each day and at the end of the job

  • Return the facility at the end of the day

    Benefits:

  • Pay range is $27.00 per hour. You are paid each Wednesday
  • If the job is eligible, occasionally, we work on a Davis Bacon and Mt Prevailing wage scale, where you may make between $30.00 to $45.00 per hour when working on site depending on the wage rates. These are state or federal jobs.
  • Profit sharing program at the end of the year. The better the company does and you do, the better the profit sharing potential for you is
  • We are off between Christmas and New Years so you have plenty of family time. Profit sharing is paid right before this time off
  • Health insurance is eligible after the first of the month following 60 days of work, with the company paying 80% of the premium
  • Dental and vision insurance is paid 100% by the company after the same probation period as the health insurance.
  • 3 % retirement matching program

  • Two weeks of Paid Time Off after 6 months of employment
  • We work four 10 hour days, 7:00 am through 5:30 pm, Monday thru Thursday. This gives you a three day weekend for family and exploring life in Montana
  • Tools, high visibility t shirts, sweat shirts and jackets provided
  • The majority of our work is in the Gallatin Valley, some travel and we are home each night 99% of the time
  • We are a safe company with newer equipment that saves wear and tear on your body

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
